Bhodi Sunth: Chairman
Bhodi is an accountant and corporate finance consultant with over 20 years experience in providing financial and business advice and support to owner managers and fast growing SME’s. In addition to being a non-executive Director of Ochresoft, he is also a member of Maxim Corporate Finance LLP.
Until August 2006, Bhodi was a Business Advisory partner in a Top 50 Accountancy practice, providing advice and support to SME’s and owner-managed companies. He headed the firm’s inward investment team and was a member of the Technology team. Bhodi also has a number of non-executive directorships and part time CFO roles in fast growing companies. He has recently joined the Nortons Group in a role delivering strategic and business advice.
Richard Bretherton: CEO
Richard is a senior corporate lawyer who retired as a consultant to Davies Arnold Cooper LLP in London before joining Ochresoft in an executive capacity. He qualified in 1969 and has worked both in industry and as a corporate partner in private practice. He has held a number of non-executive directorships during his career including as appointee of 3i plc on one of their investee companies. He has particular knowledge of software applications both in the legal and insurance markets.
Tony Kenyon: CTO
Tony has extensive experience in the IT sector, having worked for leading manufacturers and a number of successful start-ups. Tony has held senior positions in R & D and Professional Services, with expertise in software engineering, information security and telecoms. Previous roles include: Global Head of Business Continuity and Security Solutions for BT, Global Director of Security Architecture for Deutsche Bank; CTO of Advisor Technologies; EMEA Technical Director for Nokia Internet Communications and EMEA Technical Director for Xyplex Inc. Tony is a CISSP, MIAP, IEEE member, and is a respected author in advanced network architecture and information security.
Michael Swift: Sales Director
As a qualified solicitor, Michael brings a large body of experience in the legal market. Prior to joining OchreSoft, Michael had principal responsibility for practice development and client relationship management for volume residential property conveyance referrers at BPE Solicitors. Michael also ran his own practice in Cheltenham before merging with BPE in 1997.
Pauline Freegard: Director, Business Development
Pauline has a 16 year career in IT solution sales of enterprise level technology. Her experience spans back-office systems to business intelligence and end user workflow and document management tools. 11 years of her career to date has been conducted within the UK legal sector. Pauline has held roles in both large and smaller software vendors working with small, mid and large law firms as a major account manager, new business sales and new business sales manager. Pauline also launched a new integrated practice management product for Axxia Systems Limited and subsequently LexisNexis UK. Prior to working in the legal market she held sales management positions within other niche technology providers. She has a BSc (Hons) degree from Bristol University and is currently studying with Henley Management College for a Masters in Business Administration.
