OchreSoft Announces New Dedicated Online Support Portal
The latest release of Intelliworks (IW4.4) coincides with the provision of a new online support resource. OchreSoft Intelliworks customers can now view product information, user guides and release materials at our new web support portal. Included is a series of video tutorials covering advanced aspects of using our products (primarily focussing on more complex areas of Intelliworks Probate initially, but we are extending these to cover all workflows and areas of the framework based on user feedback).
All existing customers can access the site using a standard web browser via dedicated credentials (contact OchreSoft Support for details of how to login). However for Intelliworks users things are even simpler, you can now simply go to the 'help' menu in Intelliworks, where you will find a dedicated link which takes you automatically into the site.
These new features significantly help with user productivity - the new video tutorials are particularly useful in understanding how to perform more complex processes within the workflows without the need for additional training.
