OchreSoft Announces support for SMS Automation with Intelliworks 4.4

The latest release of Intelliworks offers tighter integration with VirtualFirm, including support for SMS messaging (in partnership with Dynmark, a leading messaging provider). With Intelliworks 4.4 users are now able to:

Send VirtualFirm login credentials to clients automatically, either over eMail or SMS
Enable automatic distribution of case milestones to clients over SMS
Create bespoke SMS messages (optionally), either inside or outside a case

These new features significantly improve firm-to-client relationships and can save valuable time reducing call-backs. All of the above features are naturally supported by industry-leading risk management and are accompanied by full audit trails. Intelliworks 4.4 includes the following additional enhancements:

SDLT enhancements - in line with recent changes from the HMRC. In addition (for multisite users) SDLT submissions can now be made from any site irrespective of the users 'home' site.
Probate enhancements - in line with recent changes from the HMRC (IHT400/420/409, and improved layout of the IHT205). There are enhancements to Probate case reporting and Estate Accounts.
User session handling has been enhanced to eliminate delays when re-logging in after sessions have expired.
Query tasks now display responses previously made by the user.
ID Check results are now available in minimal or expanded forms (determined by user preference. This simplifies the interface for those customers handling high volumes where in most cases the full result details are not needed.
