• Selection of an appropriate fee scale (for example, choose a fee scale from the property price/remortgage amount, fixed basic fee, referrer scales or no scale at all)
• Capturing property details, price, or remortgage value
• Fee and disbursement figures (configured at setup in cooperation with Ochresoft) will appear automatically
• If using a scale, the basic fees will be calculated and shown automatically. The user can then edit these values, or add additional values using the 'other fees/disbursements' section
• Capability to write or email the client with the final quotation
• Capability to include the client care letter and terms of business with the quotation
