With Intelliworks™ SDLT Online, all SDLT forms are pre-populated with all relevant information captured within the case, eliminating the need to re-key data into the HMRC website. The data is then rigorously verified against HMRC's own business rules, to assure integrity prior to submission. If rules are not adhered to you will be guided to the areas needing attention before submission can take place. Partially completed forms can be saved on the system at any time. Copies of submitted forms are held permanently in the case history as part of the audit trail.

This feature provides genuine safeguards, and avoids significant time wasted in dealing with bad submissions. As a consequence our service consistently outperforms other solutions when measured against industry average error rates, enabling resources to be focussed on more complex work or new business.

Intelliworks™ SDLT connects with the HMRC gateway over the Internet, managing and progressing online completion of SDLT forms 1, 2, 3 and 4, with automatic generation of an SDLT 5 certificate (typically within a few seconds of successful submission).

Once submissions pass our validation phase, electronic submissions are managed without any further user intervention, even if the HMRC gateway is temporarily unavailable. Our service continually monitors the HMRC gateway in real-time to ensure that the submission has been successful, notifying the user of success or submission errors.
