Intelliworks™ comprises a Client, and a Server, both developed in Microsoft C#.NET, and communicating using the latest XML web service standards. Our server runs under the Microsoft IIS web framework, interfacing with a purpose-built Microsoft SQL Server database, securely managed at a state-of-the-art data centre. Intelliworks™ comprises over 1 million lines of source code and represents over seven years of continuous development and refinement.
Our software is designed to be highly modular, meaning that each workflow can be delivered over the Internet on-demand as a separate component, enabling us to offer a pay-per-use pricing model for all major activities that take place within a case.
To use the secure Online service, each law firm user is provided with a unique user ID and password which enables access to our services over a broadband connection. There are no special configuration requirements for your routers or firewalls, Intelliworks™ works transparently first time. All sensitive client and case information is stored and protected at the 24x7x365 managed data centre.
For firms that require more control, we have an Onsite capability where the server components are deployed at the customer premises, with the updates still managed automatically by our support team.
The risk managed environment that Intelliworks™ promotes can significantly reduce the likelihood of claims against the practice. Any updates to legislation or system updates will be released using our Smart Updater. As soon as we release new information, we update it to your system straight away.
