The installation process

Installation of Intelliworks™ normally takes about half a day, but this will depend on the number of workstations and sites, and whether you have selected our Onsite or Online (i.e. managed hosted) service. Our engineers will install a simple client side .NET application on each of your workstations.

Once the client is installed and tested, the software is designed to automatically update itself when you log into Intelliworks™ (if updates are available). This process ensures that you are always up to date with both legal and content changes, and means that the downtime typically associated with legacy software distribution is avoided.

Installation costs will be included as part of your setup costs. Costs vary depending on a number of factors, including:

• The number of sites you have, and their location
• The number of workstations
• The level of document customisation required
• Whether Intelliworks™ Online or Onsite deployment is required
