Audit Trail

Every action in an Intelliworks™ workflow is resolved down to an individual task, actioned by an individual user. The person running that task (the owner) and the time it has taken to complete are all recorded in the database and are clearly visible in the task history.

Identity

Any/all of the key contacts relating to a case can be automatically cross-checked against an extensive database of personal information, in real time, using our AML profile.
