Deployment Choices

We offer two methods of deployment, mainly depending on the size of your organisation and the number of cases you execute. Many of our customers choose our ASP service, which requires practically no IT impact on the firm. Larger firms may wish to choose our onsite deployment, where they provide and maintain their own server and network infrastructure.

ASP Deployment

Our secure online service allows customers to obtain the benefits of a highly automated e-Conveyancing package without the large up-front cost of buying hardware and software licenses and then paying further, significant sums, in consultancy to ‘tailor’ the package. Our unique pay-per-use model and advanced configuration management features ensure that firms focus completely on their core business objectives rather than on solving IT problems.

Information is stored on a secure managed storage network and cannot be violated in any way. You don’t have to concern yourself with data security, availability and integrity as all of these are catered for by our data centre that implements the strictest security procedures as defined by ISO 17799. If you have a fire, flood or any damage to the building or your systems, we have all your information stored securely.

Onsite Deployment

Our technology can be purchased as a standalone client-server application and run locally on your premises. You may need additional items of Microsoft software to support this function. This solution is ideal if you wish to maintain local control of software, or where additional levels of integration are required.
