With Intelliworks you only pay on a case by case basis. By using our 'pay as you use' model, you can pass the transaction fee onto the home mover as a disbursement. What’s more, all upgrades and technical support are free.

In many instances it is simply too expensive for small to medium size firms to run their own IT services, therefore our ASP service offloads a significant hidden cost burden. Firms are free to scale or improve the efficiency of their conveyancing operations whilst we maintain the service infrastructure and data for you.

For larger firms with IT resources the same technology can be installed on your premises. This can be beneficial where you have high case throughput and wish to guarantee performance and availability by using your own infrastructure.
