About Installation

Installation normally takes about half a day, depending on the number of workstations and whether you have selected the onsite or ASP (hosted) service.

Our engineer will install a small client application on each of your workstations. Once this is installed, the software will automatically update itself each time you log into Intelliworks.

Installation costs are included as part of your setup costs. Costs may vary depending on a number of factors, including:

• Number of sites
• Number of workstations
• Level of document customisation
• Whether ASP or Onsite deployment is used.
