Alan Bates has spent years in the global technology sector with experience in a wide range of senior roles including Managing Director, CEO and Chairman. With considerable experience as a company executive, Alan’s previous roles include Managing Director of Hoskyns Systems and CEO of Bell Cablemedia plc, which he floated on NASDAQ in 1993 with a market capitalisation of $1 billion. More recently, Alan holds a number of Chairmanships, including Orchestream Holdings plc, a company developing quality of service software for IP networks which Alan joined shortly after its inception and which floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2000 with a market capitalisation of £220m; Chairman of Radiant Networks, a UK wireless technology start-up which has to date raised over £20m of venture capital; and Non-Executive Director of MTI Partners, a UK technology venture capital firm.

Scott Duncan: CEO

Scott has spent the last 18 years in the IT industry and has extensive experience within the security sector where he has held several senior positions.

Until April 2007, Scott was the European Director of Security for Westcon, a global distributor of advanced network solutions with a multi-billion dollar turnover. Prior to this, Scott spent eight years working as the Regional Managing Director for Allasso, part of the Articon-Integralis Group, where he successfully grew the business from €1m to €100m within 6 years. In 2004, Scott was instrumental in the sale of Allasso to InTechnology plc for €28m.

Tony Kenyon: CTO

Tony has over 20 years experience in the IT sector, having worked for leading manufacturers and a number of highly successful start-ups. Throughout his career Tony has held senior positions in R&D and Professional Services, with particular expertise in software engineering, information security and data networks.

Previous roles include: Global Director of Security Architecture for Deutsche Bank; CTO of Advisor Technologies; EMEA Technical Director for both Nokia Internet Communications and Xyplex Inc and most recently Global Head of Business Continuity and Security Solutions for BT.

He is a CISSP, MIAP, a member of the IEEE, and is a published author in the fields of advanced network design and information security.

Michael Swift: Sales Director

As a qualified solicitor, Michael brings a large body of experience in the legal market. Prior to joining OchreSoft, Michael had principal responsibility for practice development and client relationship management for volume residential property conveyance referrers at BPE Solicitors. Michael also ran his own practice in Cheltenham before merging with BPE in 1997.

Bhodi Sunth: Non Executive Director

Bhodi is an accountant and corporate finance consultant with over 20 years experience in providing financial and business advice and support to owner managers and fast growing SME’s. In addition to being a non-executive Director of Ochresoft, he is also a member of Maxim Corporate Finance LLP and a Consultant in a company that specialises in project management of companies going on to the AIM market in London.

Until August 2006, Bhodi was a Business Advisory partner in a Top 50 Accountancy practice, providing advice and support to SME’s and owner-managed companies. He headed the firm’s inward investment team and was a member of the Technology team.

He also has a number of non-executive directorships and part time CFO roles in fast growing companies.

Richard Bretherton: Non Executive Director and Company Secretary

Richard is senior corporate finance consultant at KSB Law LLP in London. He qualified in 1969 and has worked both in industry and as a corporate partner of a London firm of lawyers. He has held a number of non-executive directorships during his career including as appointee of 3i plc on one of their investee companies. He has particular knowledge of software applications having been non-executive director of Encompass Holdings plc, a company which has written a web-based broker system for one of the country’s leading motor insurers and was acquired by that insurer.
