Intelliworks
Our flagship product, Intelliworks, is a standards based framework for delivering Expert Workflows over secured web services. The product comprises a Client, and a Server. The Client is a Microsoft WindowsTM client application, the Server is a Microsoft IIS application which uses a Microsoft SQL Server database. All our software is modular, meaning that each workflow can be delivered over the Internet as a separate component, on-demand.
Workflows
Intelliworks workflows embody all of the 'intelligence' you would expect from an expert system. All our workflows are designed using standard XML technology, and are then encrypted and distributed automatically to the Intelliworks Client.
Our workflows bring major benefits to the residential conveyancing process through high levels of automation and a risk-managed process. Ultimately these benefits enable you to save money and reduce risk, whilst employing best industry practice in residential conveyancing. Each conveyancing workflow has the added option of our web-tracking module to allow client, estate agents and work providers to view key milestone and data online.
How Intellworks Works
To use the Secure Online Service, the law firm is provided with its unique user ID and password which gains access to our software “Intelliworks” over a Broadband connection using a simple piece of software that is installed on the user’s PC.
This allows the conveyancing user to gain access to the Intelliworks system with its extensive knowledgebase. The user, having logged in securely, can progress the case, store data and email clients using the Intelliworks application which is running at our secure data centre. The risk managed environment that Intelliworks promotes can significantly reduce the likelihood of claims against the practice. Any updates to legislation or system updates will be released using our Smart Updater. As soon as we release new information, we update it to your system straight away.
