You’ll get a dedicated project manager to oversee every stage of the project:-
Your project manager will agree a timetable for staff training that fits your needs. All our trainers have direct experience working for law firms. We understand your business needs because we are lawyers ourselves.
Deployment is straightforward. A typical customer can go live with Intelliworks 6–8 weeks after signing a contract.

But deployment isn’t the last you’ll hear from us. Ochresoft’s pay-per-case billing model means we are invested in your future success: we do well when you do well. After go-live day, we’ll be in touch regularly to make sure your teams are getting the best from using our services.
Your project manager
Your project manager is your main point of contact. They will co-ordinate every aspect of implementation: from signature of contract to go-live floor walking and follow-up training.
We are very experienced at change management. We know that not all staff will be pleased about using a new system however good it is! We have handled hundreds of projects from large to small with complex teams and conflicting needs and voices.
Your project manager will collate all the information we need for a seamless transition to Intelliworks – including talking to your IT staff or supplier about technical installation and talking to your main contact about documents specific to your firm (client care letters, terms of business and bill format etc).
Trainers from legal practice
All our trainers have extensive legal experience as lawyers or licensed conveyancers. You get hands-on, responsive and practical training from an expert who understands the way you work – not a software reseller running though a list of features on PowerPoint!
We have found that using trainers with real legal experience is the key to making the move to Intelliworks successful from go-live day onwards.
Hands-on practical training
Your staff get hands-on training on individual laptops. Each staff member runs the complete ‘as-live’ Intelliworks system through every stage in a case.
By the end of the day, they have seen and are able to administer every stage of the process.
Go-live floor walking
You can go live with Intelliworks the day after training. Your trainer is on site in each office on go-live day to help your staff start using Intelliworks and answer their questions.
Free progress review once you’re up and running
Our trainers come back around six weeks after go-live for a free progress and training visit. They’ll answer questions, recap anything from the training and if you do have concerns, they can raise them with the Intelliworks support team.
Ongoing post-installation training and support
We offer training courses from beginners to advanced users, as well as top-up training in your offices or over the internet.
Our training courses and webinars can count towards your staff members’ CPD points.
Our experienced support team are available every day to answer your questions by telephone or email.
