Quotes Workflow

Key process in the workflow include:

• Entering client details and selecting an appropriate fee scale  (for example, choose a fee scale from the property price / remortgage amount, fixed basic fee, referrer scales or no scale at all).
• Enter the property details, price or remortgage amount.
• Fee and disbursement figures that have been previously disclosed to Ochresoft when setting up the system will appear automatically.  If using a scale, the basic fees will be calculated and shown automatically on the screen.  The user can then edit these values, or add additional values using the 'other fees / disbursements' section.
• Options available to write or email the client with the quotation.
