OchreSoft Remote Support

 

To provide professional and effective product support we require remote access to your firm. In situations where no remote access method is available, our remote access application can be used as an alternative.  

 

Instructions

 

  • Left-click on the download link below.
  • You will prompted to either save or open/run the file, select the open/run option. NOTE: Mozilla Firefox users will need to save the application to a location on their PC and launch it locally.
  • The OchreSoft Remote Support Application will now be launched
  • Once the support request has been completed, closing the application will uninstall it from your system
