Training

 

Intelliworks is designed to enable you to get started without the need for extensive and costly training. In general you will need just one day to get up and running. All our training sessions are highly interactive, so feel free to ask questions at any time.

 

If you have any questions after the training you can call our customer helpdesk at any time between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and a representative will be there to help.

 

Locations

As a general rule we will come to your site to carry out the training. This ensures that there is minimal impact on your business. We spend time with you and your staff to ensure that the system operates to suit your needs.

 

Training at a Pace to Suit You

Not everybody is comfortable using new technology, and some staff will grasp the new technology more quickly than others. We understand this and our expert trainers are on hand to guide less able members of staff to use the system confidently at a pace they feel comfortable with.

 

Pre-installation

Before going live there is typically a small amount of customisation required (i.e. standard document formatting). Feel free to discuss with your trainer any specific needs you may have.
