Robert Sanderson, Managing Director
Robert qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has worked within both regional and national law firms as well as industry; leveraging technology to reduce legal manufacturing costs, improve service and regulatory compliance. Prior to Ochresoft, Robert was one of the founding partners of Cordery; a specialist compliance law firm and one of the first wave of alternative business structures. He commenced the project whilst part of the Business Development and Strategy Team at LexisNexis providing insight from practical experience into how law firms can work more efficiently with a specific focus on regulatory compliance. Before joining LexisNexis, Robert spent 8 years providing general counsel to a group of companies and procuring professional services from a panel of c.350 UK law firms whilst driving top and bottom line growth through automation and process efficiency.
Viv Williams, Director
Viv has many years’ experience advising law firms in a consultancy role and is a frequent and well-regarded speaker at seminars and conferences on a range of subjects affecting the legal profession. Viv is also Chief Executive and a founding shareholder of 360 Legal Group, which provides a dedicated business consultancy service to UK lawyers.
Viv is a consultant to law firms on the topics of management, practice development, marketing and business strategy and M&A.
Alastair Waters, Head of Product
Alastair has worked for Ochresoft since its formation and has 18 years’ experience in working in the legal and IT sectors specialising in legal technology. Prior to joining Ochresoft, Alastair gained extensive experience in workflow architecture by designing and implementing large scale workflow solutions for both financial institutions and law firms across multiple platforms and legal disciplines.
As Head of Product he has been instrumental in the analysis, design and realisation of our workflows. He continues to oversee workflow development and provide strategies to maintain and evolve our applications.
Michael Ford, Support Team Leader
Michael is a Systems Support Engineer with a Degree in IT with Business. He has extensive experience supporting telecommunication platforms and IT systems in various multi-national firms including Motorola, BT and RM Education.
Michael has worked at Ochresoft for over five years supporting legal teams and their technical partners. His strong background supporting a wide-ranging customer base enables him to support clients holistically in their use, implementation and experience of Ochresoft products and services.
David Taylor, Software Development Manager
David has extensive experience building and developing individuals and teams in high performance Agile environments. He started his career in the precision metrology and manufacturing sector working for Renishaw Plc. Then gaining experience across different sectors including cyber security. With over 16 years of experience developing software he built a successful consultancy business specialising in software development and Agile project management where he gained a reputation as an innovator and problem solver.
David is passionate about building a progressive culture and practices into his teams. He is an Agile evangelist and an advocate of test automation and continuous delivery practices.
Helen Luty, Customer Services Manager
Helen is an experienced customer service management professional who has spent the last 15 years working in both the utility and housing sectors. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a proven track record of improving business process and performance by increasing the engagement of both staff and customers. Helen has been responsible for project managing the implementation of scripting software as well as the planning, mobilisation and implementation of Customer Services for a new maintenance contractor.
