It’s all in Indigo.
Indigo is a comprehensive finance and practice management system for small, medium and large law firms with up to 250 staff. It is everything your firm needs to manage a full-service legal practice at every level.
Indigo is easy to use and slick and logical, with powerful finance and multi-currency features.
Indigo fits into every firm and area of legal practice: from civil and criminal legal aid to Jackson Reform reporting for litigation.
Indigo Legal Systems
Indigo is a ‘4th generation’ platform developed by Dave Webber and his team. Customers benefit from their 35 years of experience supplying systems to law firms.
Indigo Financial Centre is available as a monthly user subscription with no annual maintenance charges. Data conversion is offered as a low cost, fixed price service for a full history data transfer. The project itself takes a lean but high quality approach to ensure a smooth, effective implementation for all users.
Firms from all areas of legal practice are already taking advantage of Indigo Financial Centre, from small and medium firms to large practices with up to 250 staff. Indigo Legal Systems have already transitioned more than 100 firms. They’ve shown that a change of PMS doesn’t have to be a minefield.
Indigo and Intelliworks partnership
Ochresoft is working with Indigo Legal Systems as its exclusive UK partner and reseller.
The partnership means law firms can have the best in class solutions for both practice management and legal workflow.
A complete system with no expensive add-ons
Indigo Financial Centre offers the full depth of finance and end-user functionality you would expect from an advanced practice management system.
You can add optional features:-
- automatic bank reconciliation
- advanced credit control
Indigo charge just one day’s consultancy for the implementation and training around these optional features. Competitors often supply these functions as expensive third party add-ons. Those add ons typically involve increased licence costs and annual maintenance fees.
What about moving my data?
Data transfer and migration is a big concern for firms considering a move to a new PMS. The team at Indigo has delivered migration projects and complex data transfers from most systems on the market – 40 different finance packages at the last count.
Whilst developing the predecessor to Indigo (called Paragon), the Indigo team was even subcontracted to deliver conversion projects for other well-known competitors – they knew that Indigo had the expertise.
So, the good news is that your data is in very safe hands.
The even better news is Indigo have also challenged the tradition of extremely high cost, restricted migration and transfer projects – with options often limited to static data and balances only.
Most customers can benefit from our fixed price full history data conversion service. An investment of £5,100 for a complete end-to-end process will get you data brought over to Indigo from an existing system in a light touch, low impact, no fuss transition.
Jackson reform reporting
Law firms conducting litigation matters over £25,000 in settlement award value today need excellent reporting mechanisms. Firms face potentially costly write-offs of work in progress if they don’t monitor filed disbursements and time on the precedent H form.
Indigo fills in the precedent H form automatically from estimates. Cost estimates are then monitored, alerting the fee earner visually and by email when fee estimates are approaching a percentage of the limit in each activity category.
Firms can now easily monitor and report upon on all their Jackson matters against estimates and actuals.
