Integration Process

- Onboard new cases - Intelliworks allows the details of new clients to be onboarded from external systems, such as Countrywide and Connells, by utilising our built-in Instructions and Milestones Manager
- Create new cases in other systems – Intelliworks will integrate with your existing onboarding system to transfer the details of new clients to our software
- Intelliworks provides API access for integrations from other applications. This reduces re-keying of data by creating cases in Intelliworks directly from your other corporate systems.
- Seamlessly transfer information - to and from desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Integration with Office 365 - allows emails to be sent via Outlook directly from Intelliworks
- Automated text messages - can be setup at key points to update conveyancing clients with information and case progress status
- Generate legal forms - pre-populated with data from within your cases
- Seamless embedding of workflows - within your desktop Office Suite
- Easy exporting of data for reporting purposes
