I joined Ochresoft when the company was formed in 2004. Previously, I was Head of Workflow, overseeing the design and implementation of our workflow solutions. More recently I’ve moved across to Head of Product and Service Delivery.

I am now responsible for overseeing Intelliworks as a whole, which includes managing and delivering our product roadmap to ensure that Intelliworks is the best product it can possibly be! I also oversee our Product Team of dedicated and passionate experts who ensure that the legal content is up to date and that the product is delivered to customers in a timely manner.

When I’m not at work, I can be found watching rugby and spending time with my young family.

I joined on 6th March 2018. I’m responsible for the end-to-end process review of the customer experience, implementing a proactive approach to account management; line management of two Trainers, one Project Manager and one Customer Relationship Adviser; working with each of our customers to understand their on-going account management needs; increasing our customer satisfaction… And generally delighting our customers!

Outside of work, I love live music and am a massive Foo Fighters fan. I do a lot of walking and have a passion for all things nature, and love adding bits to my garden to bring in even more wildlife! I travel to Spain several times a year and also love football – I’m a big Manchester United fan! Finally, my ultimate ambition is to become a mad cat lady – I have four at the moment but there’s always room for more!

I’m responsible for the support operations, and have worked at Ochresoft since 2011 supporting legal teams and their technical partners. I’m passionate about driving and overseeing continuous service improvement, and my day-to-day tasks include coaching and assisting my team, serving as an escalation point, and maintaining service standards. What I really enjoy about working at Ochresoft is not only supporting our customers holistically in their use, implementation and experience of Ochresoft products and services; but sharing the goal of putting excellent service and dedication above all else.

Outside of work I can be found tinkering with tech, building and maintaining websites for charity; and I enjoy creating/upkeeping aquascapes… Google it!

Joined Landmark Information in February 2015 and have been involved with Ochresoft since October 2016.

Responsible for the finance function of the business: monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and review of financial performance for Ochresoft and the wider Landmark Information Group. My role is to put numbers into business context to help the management teams measure their financial performance and analyse future plans.

When I’m not at work, I can be found spending time with my wife and two children – keeps me busy most of the time! I also enjoy dabbling in a wide range of sports such as football, cricket, golf and volleyball, followed by relaxing with a cold beer and some good food!

Tracy Burtwell joined the Landmark Information Group in October 2018 as Sales Director.  She came to the business with more than twenty years senior sales experience, including board-level responsibilities with Linde Materials Handling, Briggs Equipment and Viridor.  She was also Head of Sales at BT and VP of Retail in Europe for Tyco Fire & Security (now Johnson Controls). Tracy utilises her extensive experience in supporting the company’s account management, portfolio and award-winning customer services teams, to successfully put in to action the strategic sales plans.

Rob joined Landmark Information Group as Business Development Director in November 2018 having previously established and spent 13 years running a Legal Executive Search & Selection business delivering resource solutions to law firms through mergers, team combinations, and senior lateral appointments. Rob has a deep understanding of the legal sector which has allowed him to operate at a senior level as a trusted advisor assisting law firms. A proactive business leader who continually strives to improve his clients operations, ensuring they have the opportunities for sustainable growth.

Outside of work Rob is a family man and a rugby fanatic and whilst his boots are now hung up he enjoys supporting his local team and coaching both his sons and putting something back into a game that gave him so much pleasure over the years.

Prior to joining the Landmark Information Group as a Business Development Director, Gareth spent 15 years arranging Professional Indemnity Insurance for law firms. He understands the commercial and time pressures management teams, department heads and fee earners face, and has particular focus on enabling firms to reduce risk and increase the time fee-earning colleagues spend on revenue-generating work.

Away from the office, Gareth is a keen cyclist and wannabe food critic (but still waiting for his call from Masterchef!).

Outside of work I’m an ultra-marathon runner, rock-climber, fitness blogger, and am qualified in Sports Nutrition. I also try to read one novel a week, with psychological thrillers and mysteries at the top of the pile!

I am a Legal Trainer and joined Ochresoft in 2014. I train new and existing customers in the use of Intelliworks both for Conveyancing and Private Client, providing guidance and help in the form of formal training sessions, Q&A sessions, webinars etc, supporting our customers to get the best from our products. I have also carried out in-house training in the processes of Conveyancing and Private Client (explaining what they are and how they play out in legal firms from a practitioner’s point of view).

Outside of work, I have two horses which demand a lot of my time. I am the Vice Chairman of the British Horse Society Devon Committee and we organise events across the county. I also have two cats, ferrets, a bird of prey; and breed quail. I am a huge rugby fan and am a season ticket holder at Exeter Chiefs. Every weekend between mid-August to the end of May you will find me at a rugby match, both home and away, including across Europe. The rest of the time you’ll find me on my horse!

I joined in December 2015 after spending 11 years working for a leading independent law firm on the South Coast. I worked in the Residential Conveyancing Department where I undertook my CILEX qualification and became a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

My job predominately involves delivering group and one-to-one onsite and remote Intelliworks training, including ongoing support to new and existing users. I also create and maintain training materials and assist with account management and client relationships as required.

When I’m not at work I like to relax by spending as much time as I can outside, as I live near to the beach on the South Coast. You may find me paddle boarding in Poole Harbour or mountain biking in the Purbecks.

As Project Manager, my role consists of onboarding new customers from receipt of order to organising training before the clients’ go-live date.  I also make regular contact with existing clients to understand their on-going needs to ensure Ochresoft is supporting them fully.

When I’m not at work I enjoy socialising with family, friends, my three cats, chilling out on my allotment; and at times can be found waist-deep in muddy water or climbing up a cargo net taking part in Obstacle Course Races!

Having recently joined Ochresoft (August 2019), I bring with me a passion for customer experience and a background in delivering process automation and machine learning software to blue chip companies.

My focus is to ensure the successful delivery of projects to our clients with an ongoing focus on solution optimisation and achieving the best possible customer experience.

Outside of work, I’m a keen trail runner. I’ve raced all over the UK and beyond, having enjoyed racing in Dubrovnik and Lisbon more recently. When I’m not running, I like to cycle and swim to keep myself busy.

I joined on 11th November 2013 as a Legal Trainer. I commenced my new position as a Legal and Compliance Analyst on 13th August 2018.

As a new member of the Product Team, I am responsible for monitoring and researching changes in legal practice, procedure and legislation, which may impact upon our suite of workflow products. I am then able to advise our teams, from a Practitioners perspective, how to most effectively translate and implement these changes within our products, to benefit our customers. I also provide support to other teams and customers in respect of our Private Client workflows queries when they arise.

I am a non-practising Solicitor and have experience in the areas of Conveyancing and Family Law. I elected to specialise in the area of Private Client following qualification.

I enjoy travelling with my family and friends as often as I can. I like to keep fit and attend my local CrossFit gym as often as possible, where my personal trainer puts me through my paces. When I am relaxing, I can usually be found in my local coffee shop, enjoying a good coffee and a cake!

I joined Ochresoft in January 2017, having previously worked in residential conveyancing and leasehold management.

My role is focused on researching and translating ever-changing laws, guidelines and working practices so that they’re always captured within our existing product suite. I also take part in designing content for our legal products and features. It’s really rewarding being able to work on products helping legal professionals deliver great service to their clients!

Away from the office, I can be found working on my next handcraft project. I’m proud to have had my work featured in craft magazines, craft industry events and TV programmes both in the UK and abroad.

Outside of the office I’ll generally be out on an [obscenely long] cycle ride, or relaxing with a good book/radio show.

If I’m not outdoors, I’ll probably be in the gym working out or at home enjoying my sofa while watching some F1/MotoGP race.

I joined in October 2012. I’m involved in the backlog refinement to ensure that backlog items are relevant, detailed enough and appropriately estimated to work. I analyse the business and system requirements; and identify the acceptance criteria and test scenarios to meet this criteria. I develop and execute the test plan, test suits and test cases; and interact with the Support and Product teams to resolve critical and major bugs. Key tasks include Performing Acceptance, Usability, Functionality, Smoke & Sanity test, Database, Cross–Platform, API, Ad-hoc & Exploratory Testing. I execute Regression Testing and end-to-end testing of the application, plus reporting and tracking bugs. I deal with third-party product companies to resolve issues caused by their integrations to Intelliworks.

When I’m not at work I love spending time with my family and socialising with friends. I enjoy shopping, playing volleyball, swimming and gym workouts. I like to watch movies, news; and I’m a big music fan. I can also be found relaxing with my daughter and wife.

I joined the Landmark Information Group in May 2015 and have been working alongside the Ochresoft team since March 2017.
My main tasks include the control of daily processing and month end processes across a number of the group companies. I am also responsible for the Ochresoft Billing and general customer queries. Longer term projects include delving into internal controls and updating current invoicing systems.

When I’m not at work I like to spend time with my husband watching comedians or going to see shows. We also spend a lot of time at the family farm helping out with the calves. I’m also trying to get better at cooking so I’m often looking through cookbooks and seeing what I can create! The rest of the time you can usually find me on the sofa with a cuppa looking for the next holiday destination!
