Empowering women in legal tech: Ochresoft’s IWD 2026 commitment to equality

At Ochresoft, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone can grow, contribute, and lead. As we recognise International Women’s Day 2026, and this year’s theme of “Give to Gain”, we’re proud to highlight the achievements of women across our wider organisation.

Representation in leadership

Women now make up 39% of managers across Landmark Information Group, bringing diverse perspectives and strong leadership to teams shaping the future of legal and conveyancing technology.

Career milestones

In the last year, 41% of all promotions within Landmark Information Group were awarded to women, celebrating their impact and continued drive to innovate.

Investment in skills & learning

We are committed to supporting every colleague’s professional development. This year, two women completed career aligned qualifications made possible through apprenticeship levy funding – an example of how development pathways continue to empower individuals across Landmark.

On this International Women’s Day, we recognise and appreciate the women of Ochresoft who contribute expertise, leadership, creativity, and passion every single day.

Voices from Ochresoft

I think International Women’s Day is an important reminder to acknowledge and celebrate all the women in our lives and across the globe – past, present, and future. While we’ve made some meaningful progress, there’s still more work to do to really embed equality and inclusivity for women and all diverse communities. I hope this day encourages us all to reflect on how we can support and drive that change.

For me, inclusivity in the workplace means that everyone – regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, race, age, or health – feels welcome, supported and empowered to be themselves and deliver their best work. This means creating an accessible, encouraging, and positive environment for everyone.

I’m proud of the team at Ochresoft. We have strong representation of women across management and senior positions – something that isn’t always the case elsewhere. We’re a team of unique individuals who each bring different strengths and perspectives, and I think that diversity is essential for any kind of growth.” – Amy Kyson, Customer Relationship Advisor at Ochresoft.

“‘Give to Gain’ could be the mantra of a people manager – I endeavour to give my team the time, attention and support they need from me to help them grow, develop and achieve their potential. In return I gain tenfold when I see them grow in confidence, capability and skills and, sometimes, flying the nest on to other roles as a result which is of course bittersweet.” – Carole Stone, Customer Relationship Manager at Ochresoft.

For me, Give to Gain is all about carrying good things forward. In the world of customer experience, there is nothing more motivating than making a positive difference to others, so I love to be able to share my experience with others to help them develop in their own careers.” – Helen Luty, Head of Customer Experience at Landmark Information Group
