We’re pleased to introduce Hema Hirani, Business Development Director, in the next installment of our ‘Meet the Team’ interview series.
- Q: What does your role entail?
Most of my working day is spent networking and speaking with law firms who are struggling to manage workloads, or trying to grow their businesses. I work across various parts of Ochresoft to ensure that I have the right resources to be able to establish the right connections within my client base and to accurately provide solutions to their current and future needs.
- Q: When considering your career at Ochresoft, what are you most proud of?
I’ve worked for Ochresoft for over a year, but have been with Landmark Information Group since 2015. I’m most proud of the network of new clients I’ve brought into the business who are now reaping the benefits of our technology and service.
- Q: What do you most enjoy about working at Ochresoft?
Ochresoft feels like a small family business but has all of the perks of a large corporation, being part of the Landmark Information Group. The teams I work with couldn’t be more supportive and quick to help when needed – we’re all very adaptable to change and ensuring we’re delivering the best service possible to our clients.
- Q: When you are asked to explain what you do for a living, how do you sum-up your role in one sentence?
I work in legal tech and help law firms to advance their businesses through compliance and efficiency gains.
- Q: Tell us an interesting fact about yourself?
I enjoy challenging myself through various means such as mountain hiking, pole fitness training, or just trying to see as much live music as I possibly can… Even if I’m abroad on holiday!
