Meet the team: Laura Plane

We’re pleased to introduce Laura Plane, from Ochresoft’s Marketing department, in the next instalment of our ‘Meet the Team’ interview series.

  • Q: What does your role entail?

From updating digital platforms, maintaining the website, designing graphics and delving into analytics, to organising events, planning campaigns, writing blogs, and building email comms – each day is different!

  • Q: When considering your career at Ochresoft, what are you most proud of?

I started working with Ochresoft over four years ago, and in that time, we’ve collectively transformed the brand. From building up social audiences to maintaining regular email communications and website content, and sponsoring and attending events, it’s been wonderful journey. I’m very proud of how much Ochresoft has grown.

  • Q: What do you most enjoy about working at Ochresoft?

Everyone at Ochresoft is incredibly helpful, friendly, and a real advocate for the company. Intelliworks was built by lawyers for lawyers, so there is a lot of passion and knowledge here.

  • Q: When you are asked to explain what you do for a living, how do you sum-up your role in one sentence?

I help to spread awareness of Ochreosft’s Intelliworks legal case-management software, by writing and sharing content, organising events, managing their social media, organising digital adverts, and much more!

  • Q: What do you believe is the key reason customers enjoy using Intelliworks?

What’s not to like? Ochresoft’s Intelliworks legal workflows are updated whenever there is a change in law, regulation, or best practice, covering all aspects of compliance and risk management. There is a complete audit trail of every task; and a Legal Library containing over 1,200 documents, letters and forms, which are maintained and regularly updated for regulatory and legal practice compliance.

On top of this, Ochresoft has dedicated account managers, a customer service team, a customer promise charter; and is a member of the Institute of Customer Service. The trainers are ex-practitioners who hold informative fortnightly webinars. It’s a truly brilliant company with a brilliant product.

  • Q: Tell us an interesting fact about yourself?

Outside of work I’m a mum to a little boy; an ultra-marathon runner, rock-climber, fitness blogger, and am qualified in Sports Nutrition!
