Welcome to our latest customer newsletter.
May I start by wishing all our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope that after a very challenging year, you are able to enjoy a few days of festive fun and rest before it all starts again in 2023.
You will see from a few of the features below that we have been fortunate enough to receive some recent recognition, in respect of the software we supply but also the service we provide. I am particularly proud of this as I know just how much effort and dedication the staff here at Ochresoft put into both aspects of our business. There is little point having a world-class product if the support and customer interactions that sit behind it are poor. Fortunately, we have the best of both worlds here, which is why we continue to see so many familiar faces returning to Intelliworks when they switch employers and convince their new firm to change providers. As I write this, our Support Team have, since September, been running at 100% satisfaction levels (yes, you read that right) and our Legal Trainers are not far off at 97%!
On the topic of training, we have recently run some refresher sessions for long-standing customers who have experienced a chunk of staff turnover since the pandemic. What has been quite striking is that although their new members of staff have picked up Intelliworks quite easily, many were not aware of the breadth of its features and assistance tools, meaning there were some big efficiency gains still to unlock. If you think your firm might also benefit from a refresher session or two, why not get in touch and see what we are able to offer you in the New Year.
With the ongoing economic uncertainty, we know that times are far from perfect right now for all law firms across the UK. So I just wanted to finish this piece with a little bit of positivity, courtesy of the insights provided by Intelliworks itself. Know this – Ochresoft customers are on average currently out-performing the market as-a-whole in respect of both new business and conveyancing completions. Long may that continue.
All the very best,
Rob Gurney, Managing Director, Ochresoft
