The team at Ochresoft has a real passion for charity and the community. We are committed to doing what we can to minimise our environmental footprint and support local causes.
Here are some of our recent initiatives:
- The Forest of Ochresoft
In January 2021, the Ochresoft team made a pledge to offset the carbon emissions produced by the business, in a bid to become carbon neutral.
Now nearly two years on from launching this biodiversity initiative, the ‘Forest of Ochresoft’ has planted 2,979 trees across the globe, which equates to reforesting 2.8 hectares. More than 932 tonnes of CO2 are being captured over the lifetime of the trees.
- Mount Snowdon Challenge
Last year, 11 determined Ochresoft colleagues headed to North Wales to take on the challenge of summiting the mighty Mount Snowdon – raising vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
