The Society of Licensed Conveyancers Annual Conference is taking place on Wednesday 15th November at Pride Park, Derby, and Ochresoft is delighted to be exhibiting at the event.
Hosted by Kate Faulkner OBE, the packed itinerary includes:
- Matthew Hill, Chief Executive (Legal Services Board) and Paul McFadden, Chief Ombudsman (LeO) will both give updates, and Lauren Watson (UKLTA) will talk about AI.
- Ian Quayle will be talking about The Building Safety Act 2022.
- A lenders’ perspective on the BSA, an insurer’s view; and discussing limitations within the Ts&Cs.
- Mental health presentations tailored for conveyancers, from different speakers.
- Dedicated breakout sessions for students with John Jones, an SLC Board member.
- Informal dinner after the conference, with a drinks reception and entertainment.
