The UK Customer Experience Awards (CXA) 2022 are taking place on 12th October at Wembley Stadium, London, and it gives Ochresoft great honour to announce that Helen Luty, our Head of Customer Experience, has been confirmed as one of the judges.
This year’s CXA is set to be an historic event – after two years marked by the pandemic, the largest live Customer Experience event will be hosted once again. These awards are the ultimate marque of achievement in customer experience.
Helen has over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service Management across a variety of both B2B and B2C businesses. As Head of Customer Experience for Landmark Information Group, Helen covers both service and success across a variety of teams, building and improving processes to ensure Landmark are easy to do business with, focuses on positive outcomes, seeks and learns from feedback and looks to the ever-evolving needs of customers. Helen has a passion for making a difference, which cascades throughout the Customer Service Teams and has resulted in high engagement scores.
