Back in 2018, Ochresoft launched a series of free customer webinars to provide new Intelliworks users with top tips, handy hints, and advice on how to get the most from Intelliworks.
The series of webinars, which are also suitable for existing customers who need a refresher, were created following feedback from customers who felt that they would benefit from understanding what more they can do with the Intelliworks case management solution, to better improve their firm’s service.
The webinars are carried out by our Legal trainers – Petrina Forte, a Non-Practising Chartered Legal Executive, and Johanna Searle, a Non-Practising Private Client Lawyer.
Five years on, and Ochresoft has confirmed a 2023 schedule for the free webinars, covering the following topics:
- Conveyancing: Designed for new users of Intelliworks, with a focus on conveyancing. By the end of the webinar, you will be able to open a new case on Intelliworks, produce and manage client care documentation, and be able to enter details of all the parties and details of the transaction. There will also be an overview of how to successfully manage a case through the use of the document library, and other useful functions.
- Private Client: A webinar designed for new users of Intelliworks, with a focus on the Probate workflow. By the end of the session, you will be able to open a new file on Intelliworks, produce and manage client care documentation, be able to enter details of the deceased, personal representatives and beneficiaries. There will also be an overview of how to successfully manage a case through the use of the document library, and other useful functions.
- Estate Manager: An introduction to the Estate Manager for Probate cases. This webinar will address entering assets and liabilities to the Estate Manager using the estate manager wizard, an overview of items that require a manual add, writing to organisations to obtain date of death balances, updating, and confirming items in preparation to apply for a grant of representation.
