Ochresoft is once again delighted to be presenting at the next HM Land Registry Digital Applications Showcase event, being held on Thursday 29 September 2022, 10am – 12.30pm.
This open event ‘Switching to Digital AP1s? Know your options’ will help you to understand your options to submitting digitally and how you could save time and reduce requisitions. The webinar is designed to highlight the different ways to submit digital applications, either via HM Land Registry’s portal or via third-party software. This is to help you prepare for the switch from electronic applications ahead of November this year.
Ochresoft will be doing a demonstration at the event. Hema Hirani, Business Development Director, will be providing an introduction to our session, followed by legal trainer Johanna Searle who will be showcasing the eDRS process on Intelliworks. Product Manager Sally Danby will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
The Digital Applications showcase is being held via Microsoft Teams from 10.00am – 12.30pm. There will be a brief introduction from the HM Land Registry, where they will be discussing the November deadline and how important it is for Land Registry users to be prepared. Then, attendees can choose up to three conveyancing software suppliers to visit and learn more about the solutions on offer. Each supplier, including Ochresoft, will have their own Teams meeting room.
Representatives from HM Land Registry will be on hand to answer questions and provide help with navigating the rooms; and our sister company SearchFlow will also be exhibiting and demonstrating their post-completion services.
