“Here at Ochresoft, we adapted our training to be virtual while we all worked from home. We’ve continued to provide our fortnightly webinars for new starters, as well as some bespoke training for customers with specific training needs; however I am delighted to announce that we are now back on the road and available for on-site training again. Both of our Legal Trainers, Petrina and Johanna, have recently visited customer offices to provide face-to-face training. Petrina said: “It was a great feeling to get back to face to face training recently, I really enjoyed getting smartly dressed and stepping back out into the world! In fact, after I had finished for the day it genuinely felt like I had never been away!”
Johanna was in agreement: “Last week I went to visit one of our customers onsite for the first time in 20 months. We are very lucky to live in an age where technology has kept us connected during lockdowns, but nothing really replaces a face-to-face meeting. We were able to achieve so much in a relatively short space of time. It’s great being back on the road again and I hope to get back out again soon.”
Whilst our virtual training has been a success and we will continue to provide it, it’s much harder to gauge when someone needs a bit more help but is too worried to ask. This can mean that your new users are not as confident in using Intelliworks as you need them to be, which can have all kinds of knock-on effects, such as tasks being missed or cases not being updated. We’d like to help you with that. We know that many of you have had to recruit new staff to cope with the increased volumes you have been faced with over the last year. We have several options open to you and would love to talk to you about what would be of most benefit to you. Our options range from small bitesize side-by-side training in the office, to larger multi-user sessions in a conference room, which can be tailored to your firm depending on your needs. We can even work through your business processes with you to understand how we might help the most. This has helped to both minimise the amount of manual work that is needed and has highlighted opportunities where customisable documents could be updated to make the administration roles much more efficient in the firms that we have worked with.
You can feel confident that we will meet any ‘covid-safe’ requirements that you have in place, and we will ensure that we have a negative lateral flow test result on the morning of the training. The safety of our customers and our staff is paramount.
