Automatic Updates
Automatic updates include the latest legislation and quality standard guidelines, where applicable, and HMRC and probate registry details.
Enhanced Accounting
Intelliworks provides the User with the ability to create detailed cash account ledgers when administering the estate. Income and capital reconciliations can be easily captured, so that balancing your full accounts can be as simple as possible. All of this accounting detail is also automatically populated in the estate accounts to create an enhanced and comprehensive set of accounts for your client.
Automated Forms
Automated forms IHT 205 and 400 series forms are seamlessly produced and the R185 and C4 corrective account automatically populate. All forms and maintained by our in-house legal team and any updates are automatically downloaded to the User on every log-in.
Financial Data
The workflows have access to current financial data such as VAT rates, tax thresholds, dividend rates and IHT nil rate band etc.
One-click production
One-Click Production of Estate Accounts in line with the latest STEP guidelines. The User can produce interim or final estate accounts in one click that can be printed, emailed or saved to the audit trail of the case. Various layout options are available from basic to a full set of accounts to suit the recipients. A button to preview or export to Excel completes the functionality.
Inherent Time-Saving
Our customers no longer rely on complex spreadsheets for estate accounts or information held in multiple systems.
