Ochresoft proves right road for Churchers Bolitho Way

Ochresoft has announced details of its latest client win in the conveyancing market. Leading Hampshire firm Churchers Bolitho Way is set to deploy Ochresoft’s Intelliworks software across its six offices, the culmination of a long-term evaluation of Intelliworks and LexisNexis Solcase following the merger of Churchers and Bolitho Way.

Managing partner, Ian Robinson

“We chose to run two separate case management systems initially, and this allowed us to conduct a very thorough test of both solutions in a live setting. As a result, we are now standardising on the Intelliworks platform, with the enlarged conveyancing team judging it the optimal fit from the point of view of ease of use, quality working, compliance and cost efficiency.”

Associate Elizabeth Moger

“As a Lexcel 6 accredited firm, compliance is at the heart of everything we do. What really appealed about Intelliworks is its ability to absorb the compliance burden and leave fee earners free to drive the process, communicate with clients and address any issues. With six teams across the Solent, it’s also vital that we can monitor and manage the progression of cases and the performance of individuals to ensure service standards are maintained. Intelliworks is giving us everything we need in one very well designed, user-friendly and transparent system, with the bonus of a clear billing model to help us plan and budget going forward.

Intelliworks is proving a good fit for hundreds of conveyancing firms like Churchers Bolitho Way.

Ochresoft was founded by a regional practice delivering large scale conveyancing services. Our background affords us a unique perspective on usability and a depth of legal functionality that enables our workflows to deliver tangible benefits at many different levels.

We brought conveyancers and developers together to build something that would meld seamlessly into the fabric of a firm, rather than having to be shoehorned in and made to fit via endless toolkit tinkering.

It’s just a part of everyday, managing compliance and risk, driving efficiency and productivity, delivering information and insight. This latest win is another vote for the Intelliworks way of doing things.
