Sales flow as Ochresoft enjoys bumper spring and promising start to the summer

Ochresoft has announced details of a record quarter, with fourteen new firms signing for its Intelliworks product since March.

The majority were conveyancing-based, with Norwich’s Allan Rutherford leading the way. The case management project is a keystone in the firm’s plans to enhance efficiencies, risk management and customer service while growing business volumes significantly.

“We were particularly drawn to the Virtual Firm customer portal as we are committed to differentiating ourselves through the quality of our client care. Anytime, anywhere access to how their matter is progressing, proactive communication via SMS and email, this is what clients expect as standard these days, and Intelliworks gives us the perfect platform to deliver to the required level.”

Other springtime successes for Ochresoft include Stevenage-based Hamilton Davies; Hancocks in Banbury; Steadman Jones in North Wales; Lichfield’s Keelys; and Lynn Murray in Cranley.

We believe the strong performance is indicative of a change of attitude amongst small-to-medium sized firms:

“What’s common to the majority of these wins is recognition that firms have to be better set up to cope with the improving market. More bodies and a manual system aren’t enough anymore, and products like Intelliworks are a neat, out of the box solution to the challenges of quality, productivity, compliance and customer satisfaction.”
