Ochresoft announces key senior personnel appointments

Ochresoft, the legal workflow software specialist for conveyancing and private client lawyers, has announced the appointment of Helen Luty as its Customer Services Manager.

Helen is heading up a team of four trainers, a project manager and a customer relationship advisor, and is spearheading the end-to-end review of the customer experience. Recognising that its customers are at the heart of its business, Ochresoft is focused on making the step change to a more proactive account management style.

With almost two decades operating in the customer management field, Helen brings a wealth of customer services experience having worked in large utility providers including Thames Water and Good Energy, in addition to being the Head of Customer Services for social housing provider, Selwood Housing.

In addition, Ochresoft has also appointed a new Account Manager, Hong Tran, who has over ten years’ experience in delivering technology to the legal and professional services sectors. The team has also boosted its IT development team, with the appointment of three additional workflow developers and QA engineers.

Confirms Helen Luty: “Ochresoft currently supports over 200 legal service organisations with its case management needs and this is anticipated to continue growing year-on-year. As such, it is important that the right processes are in place at a customer service level to ensure that we are performing well for our clients and that we are able to track both our customers’ engagement and overall experience. I’m delighted to join the team, in what is an exciting growth period for Ochresoft.”

Talking about the senior appointments to the business, Ochresoft’s Managing Director, Robert Sanderson, adds: “We have some very specific growth plans in place for 2018 and these key appointments form a strategic part of this plan by strengthening our team. We are delighted to welcome Helen Luty as our Customer Services Manager who will help us deliver enhanced efficiencies and improvements in this area.
